Office of the Mayor, Executive Director — NYC Latin Media & Entertainment Commission

Led initiatives to position New York as a capital of Latin media and entertainment through business strategy, partnerships, marketing, and public relations. Managed a 40-member board of executives and presidents from major businesses, developed a project portfolio to coordinate multiple programs and operations, prepared press announcements and speaking engagements, and created partnerships with industry, public schools, colleges, and universities.

Taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Strategic Communications for Risk Professionals, Public Relations Writing, Strategic Communications, Public Relations Consulting, and the Practice of Public Relations.
